The Lock4 Story

Lock4 was founded by the Company President, Phil Locklear.  Mr. Locklear is a former member of the United States Air Force and Joint Special Operations community.  He retired in 2010 and moved back to the family farm in rural Carolina along the Lumber River Basin with his family. He founded the company in 2011 and proceeded to further establish relationships within the Department of Defense and Inter-Agency partners in order to provide a most reliable small business option for our nation's best.  His purpose in the founding of Lock4 is to increase local opportunity within our rural area, provide employment options for our military/community family, and increase the mission readiness of those we support.
